UPDATE: Golden Bay protestors have condemned the damage caused to a bulldozer on the construction site they are protesting.

Spokeswoman Lisa Kent said she couldn’t believe it had happened, and that it was “so disappointing”.

“I just hope that it is clearly reported that the original protestors were peaceful and would never have condoned this sort of behaviouR,” she said.
