Ramsi tackles things nicely

The youngster from Leda has been playing football for the Bibra Lake Bandicoots for the past six years and has been recognised for his commitment to the game and his leadership skills.

There must be something in the water in the Bunting household, with Ramsi’s brother and sister also involved in football and his dad head coach for Ramsi’s team.

Nominated by his dad Steven, Ramsi said he was shocked when he found he has been nominated for the competition.

‘I was really excited when I was told about the competition,’ he said. ‘I love everything about footy, especially being in a team sport and playing on the back line because I like to tackle.

Mr Bunting said his son would never admit to being an awesome player but every week he stands out and always assists with the younger players.
