Cinderella is a magical tale, told beautifully by the masters of musical theatre, Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II,” he said.

“It’s romantic, it’s funny and the music is magical.

“With something for adults and children alike, what more could you want from a musical?”

More than 80 students make up the cast, crew and orchestra.

Year 12 student Courtney Preston, who will be playing a stepsister, said she was looking forward the production.

“I love performing and being on stage under the lights.

“I get such a thrill when I am on stage, there’s nothing like it, it’s the best.”

Cinderella will be at The Regal Theatre in Subiaco for four performances from Friday, March 17 to Sunday, March 19.

Tickets are $45 and available at ticketek.
