Mr Kuriata will focus on sales in Mosman Park and North Fremantle as well as some new developments in Leederville, Mt Lawley, Inglewood and West Perth.

When asked how he saw the year ahead, he said while sales were up almost 45 per cent on the same time last year, choosing the right agent, good marketing and pricing were the keys to success.
