The Cove: Blackburne officially breaks ground on Minim Cove development

Blackburne held the official ground-breaking ceremony for their The Cove development in Minim Cove on November 10.

The boutique development sits on the border of two local councils and the City of Fremantle Mayor Brad Pettitt and Town of Mosman Park Mayor Ron Norris also attended the ceremony.

A day later, Dempsey Developments held the “topping off” ceremony for Tekona, the third building in their Taskers development in North Fremantle.

The ceremony acknowledged a key milestone in the project, reaching the top level of construction of Tekona.
