“We’re really excited to officially launch this cookbook here at Glen Forrest Primary School and across Australia throughout Term 3,” she said.

“Not only does it broaden the variety of food Camp Australia can offer, but it also educates kids about the importance of healthy eating.”

The cookbook features savoury, sweet and no bake recipes.

Ms Piteri said the recipes provided educators with the tools to help children prepare nutritious and tasty food that promoted health and wellbeing.

“The feedback received from schools, families, staff and children has been extremely positive,” she said.
