Parkerville Children and Youth Care: artist donates work to children’s home

He presented the $5000 piece titled Squatter’s Reach to the children’s home at the opening of his recent exhibition at Linton & Kay Galleries in Subiaco. The original charcoal on linen depicts children at play in the great outdoors.

Waters combinex his love of nature with the naivety of childhood. The Queensland artist recently received the Order of Australia Medal for his services to the community and the arts.
