Police investigate after Toodyay man dies in Quairading crash

POLICE are investigating a fatal crash in Quairading that claimed the life of a 26-year-old Toodyay man last night.

The crash occurred about 8.50pm, when a maroon 2003 model Ford Fairmont sedan, travelling north on Hayes Road, left the road and struck a tree near Toapin Road.

The driver, the only person in the car, died at the scene.
