Dentists’ sweet plan

‘It is certainly a bit quirky for a dental clinic to run an annual Easter Egg Amnesty,’ dental therapist Marianne Tooley said.

‘A few years ago many of our clients said they were given too much chocolate over the break, so Dr Allison Kale came up with the idea to |donate those leftovers to those who need them.’

In 2012, Signature Dental sent over 45 eggs to Australian soldiers abroad.

This year the clinic is hoping to double its previous record and donate at least 100 eggs to a soon-to-be-confirmed local children’s charity.
