The program is part of Stay on Your Feet Week and promotes healthy living in seniors to reduce falls and fall-related injuries.
Program co-ordinator Ben Vause said the program would demonstrate that avoiding falls required a holistic approach to healthy living.
‘Keeping healthy is about more than just working out,’ Mr Vause said.

The program includes tai chi, healthy living seminars, cooking demonstrations and a Nature Walk.
‘We try to keep it fun, the program improves quality of life, which is something I really like to see,’ Mr Vause said.
Willetton clients Anne and Bill Edward said they had done the program for three years.
Mrs Edward said they enjoyed the mix of group activities and individual assessment.
‘It is a great way to keep fit, socialise and improve,’ she said. Mr Edward said they joined the program to minimise the risk of injuries and stay active.
