‘Co-ordination, a strong physical foundation and diet plays a big part in a healthy lifestyle and together they keep everything in balance.’

The program includes tai chi, healthy living seminars, cooking demonstrations and a Nature Walk.

‘We try to keep it fun, the program improves quality of life, which is something I really like to see,’ Mr Vause said.

Willetton clients Anne and Bill Edward said they had done the program for three years.

Mrs Edward said they enjoyed the mix of group activities and individual assessment.

‘It is a great way to keep fit, socialise and improve,’ she said. Mr Edward said they joined the program to minimise the risk of injuries and stay active.
