75-year-olds charged over alleged 1980s abuse

TWO men were extradited from Queensland in relation to a sexual abuse alleged to have occurred in the late 80s.

Police investigating the alleged sexual assault of a then 13-year-old boy are appealing for more information to assist with their investigation.

A 75-year-old man was charged with five counts of indecent treatment of a child under 14 and is due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court again on September 10.

Another 75-year-old man was charged with three counts of indecent treatment of a child under 14, two of permit carnal knowledge of a male and two of carnal knowledge against the order of nature.

He is due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court next on July 10.

Police allege the incidents occurred at a car detailing shop on Treasure Road, Welshpool between 1985 and 1987.
