Armadale: residents can rate City services on Community Scorecard

ARMADALE residents are invited to rate local services and facilities in the 2016 Community Scorecard.

Conducted by independent research agency Catalyse, the biennial survey is an opportunity for residents to provide their own performance review of the City, highlighting which services are excelling and identifying those that may require improvement.

Mayor Henry Zelones said the survey would assist the council to prioritise where the City should be allocating resources and would provide insight into how it can better communicate with residents,

“While budget restraints restrict us from achieving every service the community could possibly ask for, understanding what is important to ratepayers helps us to make informed decisions in determining the City’s priorities for the future,” Cr Zelones said.

Open to all residents aged 18 years or older, the survey will run from today until August 5.
