Staff ReporterCanning Gazette

The charity provides midwifery education, training and support in an effort to reduce maternal and newborn mortality rates in PNG.

The high tea will be on June 21 at Riverton Baptist Community Church, 38 Modillion Avenue, Shelley, from 2 to 4.30pm.

The afternoon will include high tea, a photo presentation about the work of Living Child, door prizes and raffles.

Money raised from the high tea will go towards training village birth attendants (VBAs) in Bunam and purchasing teaching resources to distribute to the VBAs and midwives.
