President Wiebe Wilbers said the band had been working hard to bring their best to the competition.

“We plan to open a few eyes (and ears) over east by showing what proud West Aussies can do,” Mr Wilbers said.

According to musical director Matthew Baker, the band will play four pieces on stage including a predetermined ‘test’ piece and will participate in a street march.
