City of Canning Anzac Legacy Blues Concert back after memorial service at the Amphitheatre

ANZAC Day will be celebrated in Canning with a memorial service at the Amphitheatre in the morning, followed by a blues concert in the afternoon.

The City of Canning and the Canning RSL sub branch will together host the memorial service, inviting all to the march an ceremony ins support of veterans and their families.

The City’s fifth annual Anzac Legacy Blues Concert will take place from 2pm to 5pm in the Civic Amphitheatre.

The blues concert lineup includes Billy Rogers (Cold Chisel), Lucky Oceans, Lindsay Wells, Birdland plus headline act Eugene Hideaway Bridges, all supported by Rick Steele and the Legacy Band.

The concert is dog-friendly and attendees are welcome to bring their own picnics and alcohol.

Free poppy-making for kids will be offered plus giant games and a variety of food trucks.
