Under new changes by the State Government, more than 300,000 WA seniors will have their cost of living rebate halved.

About $107 will be cut from WA seniors’ discounts and concessions over four years, including $25.4 million in 2014-15.

President Harry Monks said seniors with a mortgage or rent to pay would find it difficult to cope.
