Demand for high-end lifestyle villages sees opening of Bentley Park community

THE demand for high-end lifestyle villages for retirees continues to be in high demand throughout the region.

Most recently, amid landscaped gardens at Adie Court in SwanCare’s Bentley Park community, 44 new residences have been unveiled.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments make up the Akora development which, and are the latest offering for seniors looking to maintain independence in with a lock and leave home.

New residents Lynton and Norma O’Hara were the first couple to move into the new development and said they sought low maintenance.

“We’re delighted, it’s light, bright and just perfect for us,” Mr O’Hara said, who decided along with his wife that they were ready to stop running a house and maintain a garden.

“We were keen to move into something with much less maintenance and without a garden to constantly tend to.”
