The program started last week and runs until March 26. There are two sessions per week ” 5.30-6.30pm Tuesday and 7.30-8.30am Saturday.

The HBF Outdoor Fitness program is presented by LiveLighter and caters for all levels of fitness.

Mr Evans is passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals no matter what they may be. He uses a holistic mental and physical approach when training others to help bring out the full potential of his clients.

‘I believe in the philosophy of a strong body is a strong mind and I approach my training the same way,’ he said.
