A 28-year-old man from Gosnells has been charged over a fatal crash in East Cannington on Thursday, November 24 last year.
Major Crash Investigators charged the man with dangerous driving occasioning death and he is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday, April 13.
About 6.45am a white Toyota Hilux was parked in the south-bound emergency lane on Roe Highway near Welshpool Road when it was struck from behind by a silver Peugeot 306 causing the Toyota to move.
