LIVINGSTON Seventh-day Adventist Church invites the community to step back in time to journey through a live action Christmas story.

Bringing Matthew 1:18-25 and Matthew 2:1-23 to life, visitors can follow Mary and her donkey through the streets to Jesus’ birthplace of Bethlehem, where they will see a wise man discovering the prophecy of Jesus’ birth and enjoy the atmosphere of the marketplace.

Discover the extravagance of Herod’s palace and the excitement of the shepherds as they are told of Jesus’ birth.

The interactive tour encourages viewers to get involved by establishing a market place compete with ominous soldiers, who put people in prison and perfume salesmen who do not take no for an answer.

Among the revelry will be opportunities to buy food, enjoy camel rides, a tinker in Joseph’s workshop and other family entertainment.

The Road to Bethlehem is run at the Livingston Seventh-day Adventist Church and Community Centre (opposite Livingston Market Place Shopping Centre), enter and park at 297 Fraser Road North Entrance, Canning Vale.
