Man charged over violent incident at Canning Vale McDonald’s

POLICE have charged a 35-year-old man from Canning Vale over an incident last week at a McDonald’s restaurant.

The man was arrested last night and has been charged with intent to commit grievous bodily harm unlawfully wounds another and having no authority to drive.

He was refused bail and is due to appear in the Armadale Magistrates Court today.

The incident is believed to be linked to the death of 17-year-old Jacob Cummins, who died a short time after the alleged incident at McDonald’s took place.
