Man to face trial over Queens Park father’s murder

A 36-YEAR-old man has pleaded not guilty to murdering his father, who police found dead in his Queens Park home up to two days after he was killed.

Paul Alexander Wilson is accused of killing Alistair Wilson, who was aged in his 60s, at his house at some time between May 20 and May 22 last year.

Mr Wilson faced Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court via video link from Casuarina Prison on Wednesday.

He is due to make his first appearance in the Supreme Court on August 12.
