Vicki said she felt a sense of achievement by graduating.

"Activ Pathways allowed me to learn new things, get more experience and be able to see the bigger picture," she said. "I want to continue to work at Activ Business Services Bentley and assist supervisors in a team leadership role."

Tracy also graduated with a Certificate 1 in Manufacturing.

The 47-year-old said she was looking forward to challenging herself by completing another course.

"I want to be a role model to the others in the workshop and show them what I've learnt through Activ Pathways," Tracy said.

The pair were two of 283 Activ Pathway students who graduated across several courses, including leadership development, transport and logistics, agrifoods, horticulture, manufacturing, business and disability studies. Visit www.activ.asn.au.
