Police treating Welshpool warehouse fire as suspicious

POLICE and Department of Fire and Emergency Services were called to a fire at a warehouse on Pilbara Street in Welshpool about 10.25pm last night .

Arson Squad detectives attended the scene this morning and to date the cause of the fire is being treated as suspicious.

The fire caused extensive damage to the building and the cost is estimated at between $1 million and $2 million.
