The expo will feature a range of health stalls from local organisations such as Derbarl Yerrigan, Cancer Council WA, Arche Care Health and BeFriend.
Activities will include free health checks, fitness activities like yoga, tai chi and zumba, kids entertainment, and free food and drinks. Also available on the day will be Richmond Wellbeing’s exercise physiology where people can put their stamina to the test by trying out fitness activities and have the their posture analysed and blood pressure taken.
The free Get Active, Live Well expo will be held between 11am and 3pm at the Richmond Wellbeing Centre, 29 Manning Road, Cannington.
