RIVERTON residents dug deep during the festive season, providing overwhelming support to the Vinnie’s Christmas Appeal via a food donation box at Riverton MLA Mike Nahan’s office.
The box was overflowing with donations and Dr Nahan said he was overwhelmed by the public response this year.
“This is by far the best response I’ve had to my Vinnies’ Christmas Appeal since it began several years ago, with the box literally overflowing with food, which will go a very long way to helping families in need,” Dr Nahan said.
