Last Friday Education Minister Peter Collier visited the school officially to open the new facilities.

“In the past, the school’s administration team was crowded into one office,” Mr Collier said.

“Staff can now carry out their vital work leading and supporting student education, from facilities designed to suit their daily work needs.”

The minister said that Wilson Primary School had a diverse student population with families from 23 different countries and cultural groups.
