Previously, the workshop was used to build and maintain high-level race cars for tarmac, rally and circuit racing.
The technology, tradesmen’s skills and diagnostic equipment used is of the highest standards.
The staff not only change brake pads and oils, they can rebuild highly technical engines, gearboxes, braking systems and are skilled in all levels of diagnostics.
‘If you have a car, no matter where it’s made in the world, if it has an airbag light on, engine check light, ABS light or any other fault it doesn’t need to go back to the dealer; we have the equipment to fix it,’ owner Brad Searle said.
Recently the workshop has opened to the public to carry out all servicing and any repairs on any vehicle at very competitive prices.
The workshop can assist with brakes and suspension, gearbox and differential overhauls, engine overhauls, diagnostics, power steering overhauls, airconditioning, performance upgrades and much more.
Searle Race Equipment is at unit 12, 108 Welshpool Road and is open 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
