Every year two students from the Cannington-based college are each awarded a $1000 scholarship provided by Cannington resident Tracy Lyon in honour of her late husband Wayne Lyon.
Mrs Lyon said her husband, who died in 2010, was passionate about helping others.

Jasmine received the scholarship because of her volunteer work as a wildlife park ranger in Perth’s southern suburbs. Cassius received his scholarship for showing initiative and responsibility in learning new leadership skills.
