Survey reveals satisfaction with City of Canning

Staff ReporterCanning Gazette

City of Canning chief executive Lyn Russell said the results showed the City of Canning staff was committed to the community.

‘The survey demonstrates that the City of Canning’s expertise in delivering high quality services to residents will be critical in shaping the new City following proposed reforms to take place in 2015,’ she said.

City of Canning rated above the industry average by more than 5 per cent in a number of different areas, including in its efforts to maintain and enhance the Swan River, access to public transport, community buildings, halls and toilets, sport and recreation facilities. The survey was conducted by phone with 402 randomly selected residents in May.
