THE DINING line-up for Westfield Carousel’s new rooftop precinct has been revealed, with the project set to launch later this year.

The dining and entertainment precinct will include some firsts for WA, with Criniti’s promising to serve up Italian favourites.

American burger institution TGI Fridays will also feature on the deck and Cafe63 will offer coffees.

China Bar will form part of the rooftop’s new laneway dedicated to Asian dining.

All four food outlets are new to WA, according to Scentre Group.

Westfield WA regional manager Chris Barton said the rooftop would boast lush landscaping, a transparent skylight water feature and bespoke seating.

An elevated amphitheatre would offer casual entertainment.

“In creating Westfield Carousel’s rooftop dining and entertainment destination, we knew we needed to deliver a world-class social experience unlike anything else in the West,” Mr Barton said.

“Catering to a region that likes to eat out regularly, our vision was to curate a relaxed space complete with culturally diverse, contemporary and authentic cuisine.”

The rooftop precinct is part of Carousel’s $350 million redevelopment, with refurbished Hoyts cinemas on the cards, and David Jones is expected to open at Carousel in the second half of the year.
