Walker receives unwanted exposure

Sam GibbsCanning Gazette

About 9.25am, the woman was walking east along a footpath between Cavella Court and Dexter Court listening to her iPod when she noticed the man walking a short distance in front of her.

The man turned around and walked towards her, smiling as he went past.

The woman stopped and turned around and noticed that the male had stopped and was looking at her, so she kept on walking.

The woman again turned around feeling uncomfortable and saw the man looking at her with his genitals exposed through the zip of his shorts.

The woman went to a nearby house for help and the man left the area along Cavella Court in a silver late 1990s model Ford Focus or Laser that was parked in the cul-de-sac.

The man (pictured in an identikit photo, left) was described as slightly tanned, 20 to 30 years old and of thin build.

He was about 175cm tall with short brown hair and wearing a white T-shirt and khaki-coloured cargo shorts.
