Burglary link to kerbside collection?

Janice TeoCanning Gazette

IT is kerbside collection time again around our area in Willetton with the usual entourage of scabs, some in expensive LandCruisers, but mostly dodgy looking undesirables not from our district.

The unsightly mess resembling a tip that is left after the scrummage is irritating to say the least.

What concerns me more is the number of people casing our adjoining cul-de-sac at slow speed and glaring into surrounding properties. I wonder whether this has any bearing on the rate of home burglaries in recent times.

Even though they are unattractive too, I would prefer the City of Canning provides a mini skip-bin to those who need them from time to time, not this dreaded twice-yearly collection that literally goes on for weeks all over the area.
