It should never be built because it will not solve any traffic issues.
The Melville mayor says it’s ‘disappointing’. I think the mayor should keep his nose out of Cockburn’s business.
If Roe 8 is so great Mr Aubrey then build it outside your residence and enjoy the smell, the traffic and wrath of your own ratepayers for wasting their money on a bit of road that does nothing to ease congestion.
