Our ratepayers’ money has gone towards the establishment and maintenance of the wonderful facilities.
We are incensed that another council (Melville, that we believe has not managed its own finances well), can acquire through boundary shifting (we prefer purloin, for that is what it amounts to), the facilities we, as ratepayers, have contributed to over the years.
Why is it that Canning, being a viable council in its own right, and the wishes of the ratepayers are overlooked?
