I TOTALLY agree with Marg and Steve Adams’ letter in last week’s edition about supporting local businesses.

I live in Lynwood and enjoy the friendly outlook that people have in my local coffee shop.

With the assistance of Francesco making a good brew, the comradery and friendship of the many people make it a very pleasant morning.

Businesses like the coffee shop, chemist, hairdresser, newsagents and IGA deserve our patronage.

Supporting local business is very important if we want to keep our shopping centre alive.

With the big boys doing their best to reduce competition, we need to support locals.
