Reader questions the City of Canning’s financial performance management rating

I suspect the fact that the City has preferred to keep its services in-house rather than the trendy fad of outsourcing everything, has a fair bit to do with the assessment.

What a shame the rating given so conveniently aligns with the MLA for Riverton’s Institute of Public Affairs ideology.
