ISABELLE He believes that gender does not matter in the real estate industry – what is important is getting the job done.
“I believe success is a result of having a positive work ethic and working hard,” she said.
“I also adhere to the principle of honesty and will always give people a real idea of the value of their home.”
Ms He started her real estate career in April 2018 and is relatively new to the industry, but brings previous sales experience to her role.
“I have always believed that everyone can have their dream home,” she said.
“Owning a house is the foundation of a stable life and a symbol of a beautiful life in the heart of the family.
“This has made me fall in love with real estate as a career, as it can bring happiness to others and I feel happy being able to witness a happy journey for a happy family.”
Her advice to other women looking to start in the industry was to not be shy, as they would be dealing with various people of different backgrounds, remember communication is important and keep training to maintain their skill levels.
“You need to act with honesty and integrity, have knowledge of the sales process, and always be responsive to both seller and buyer,” Ms He said.
“Knowledge of the real estate market is very important – always upskill your industry knowledge and knowledge of market trends.
“Communication skills and negotiation skills are also essential, because a real estate agent needs to be able to communicate with their vendor all the time, and give them the latest feedback
“Negotiation is the most important part of the whole selling process, because you have to work in the best interest of the vendor and try your best to get the highest price for the vendor.”
