High Recall too classy in Trophy

James BroadhurstCanning Gazette

The talented Linda Britton-prepared chaser overcame box eight and a stellar field, including littermate Star Recall, to produce a brilliant all-the-way win.

Star Recall, which came into the final as the fastest qualifier, jumped well from the rails alley, but High Recall was even quicker as she cut across to the lead with an exceptional first section of 5.57sec.

High Recall was pressured throughout by Star Recall, but she always had the measure of her kennelmate and held on to score by a length in 30.21sec.
