The 17-year-old welterweight, who is now focusing on her boxing after finishing high school last year, said the win on the weekend had been a confidence boost before some European competitions.
‘I feel great now having competed against the best in the world and coming out on top,’ Parker said.
‘I’m really happy with my fights on the weekend, especially winning the first bout by technical knock-out (TKO) and then the second and third by unanimous decisions.’

Parker’s coach, Peter Wilkinson from Fox’s Boxing Den in Gosnells, said she had amazing talent and he believed she would make it to the Olympics.
The 2014 International Boxing Association Youth World Boxing Championships will be held in Bulgaria from April 10 to 25.
It is the sole qualifying event for the Nanjing 2014 Youth Olympic Games.
The City of Gosnells has helped Parker meet her expenses through its Sports Representation and Community Recognition sponsorship program, which covers sport, education, arts and culture.
