THIRTY-eight members of the Riverton Aquanauts Swimming Club raced in the club’s annual championships on August 27, racing for medals and trophies donated by Riverton MLA Mike Nahan.
Swimmers raced 100m freestyle, 50m sprints and the youngest swimmers were able to race 25m with their stroke of choice.

9-10 years champion boy was Jake Van Luinen, runner up Ayden Hipper. 9 -10 years champion girl was Isabella Sibincich, runner up Mackenzie Bell. 11-12 years champion boy was Jacob Hale, runner up was Matthew Loffler. 11-12 years champion girl was Caitlin Golding. 13+ years champion boy was Andrew Nguyen, runner up was Josh Beaman. 13+ years champion girl was Kaitlin Williams, runner up was Orla Young.
