ON Thursday, September 13, as part of ‘R U OK? Day’, Emmanuel Catholic College hosted a fun-filled incursion in collaboration with Cat Haven.

The not-for-profit organisation brought some kittens into the school, giving students the opportunity to book a session to play with them for five minutes in exchange for a small donation of items such as blankets, cat litter, cat food and unused teddies.

This is a fun incursion that was designed by students in the Emmanuel Environmental Leadership Squad (EELS).

The EELS decided that this incursion was the perfect way to mark the occasion as it not only supports the Cat Haven to continue their great work, but also encourages student wellbeing.
