Jessica NicoCockburn Gazette

THE idea of being on an exercise machine for three hours is enough to make anyone cringe, but not the people at Avivo Jandakot.

Avivo’s Fremantle service coordinator Denver Forsdike said Friday’s event aimed to raise as much awareness about mental health as possible.
