COCKBURN Gateway Shopping City is gearing up for further expansions, promising more restaurants, entertainment and fashion.
Perron Group Property Investment general manager Andrew Byars said it was working on plans for the next phase of development but was tight-lipped on details because the final structure plan was yet to go to council.
“What we can share is that we’re excited to progress our plans and we’re working closely with the City of Cockburn and other key stakeholders,” Mr Byars said.

City of Cockburn planning and development services director Daniel Arndt confirmed Perron Group had not formally lodged a structure plan.
“The City has been in discussions with Perron since late last year on various aspects of their proposed expansion but they have yet to lodge anything for formal consideration,” he said.
The shopping centre recently announced a dedicated customer messaging service that patrons can text for real-time response.
