COCKBURN-based Stellar Calisthenics Club is one of 39 clubs and community groups to receive funding as part of the City of Cockburn’s Donation and Sponsorship program.
Part of the Cockburn Community Fund for 2017-18 more than $209,000 was allocated to organisations and individuals in the last lot of funding for the year.
Other recipients included Constable Care Child Safety Foundation, Cockburn Masters Swimming Club, Cockburn Volunteer Sea Search and Rescue Group, Jervoise Bay Sailing Club , Assisting Your Life to Achieve (AYLA) Inc, Danielle’s Darkroom, Cockburn RSL and Bibra Lake Primary School and P&C.

READ NOWThe last funding round received 48 applications, including 18 applications for Community Grants, 15 applications for donations and five for sponsorship.
The next funding round will open in March 2018.
