COCKBURN Gateway Shopping City will party like it’s 1999 when they celebrate their 20th birthday.
Four days of 90’s-inspired fun will mark the milestone, including a DJ playing hits of the 90s, a 1999-themed dome and a range of special offers and activities.
Cockburn Gateway centre manager Alexandra McAuliffe said there would be plenty happening for shoppers to enjoy.

Gateways News and Lottery Centre was one of the centre’s inaugural tenants and owner Robyn McDermott remembers the excitement of opening day.
“The supermarket was offering 10-cent lettuces and they had to close the store to allow customers to exit before they could let anymore in,” she said.
“Over our years at Cockburn Gateway we have met so many different people, you meet and greet them on a daily or weekly basis to the extent you become part of their life.
“We have seen our customers marry, have children and those children are now having babies.”
The Let’s Party Like it’s 1999 celebration will run from March 21 to 24.
