DRIZZLY weather didn’t stop soft toys and their owners converging on Manning Park for the City of Cockburn’s annual Teddy Bears Picnic.

This year’s event included a live performance and meet and greet with the characters of popular show PAW Patrol, as well as the return of fan favourites including the Hello Baby corner, cuddly farm animals, art and craft and parenting information stalls.
