Police investigating out of control Hamilton Hill party

Police are investigating an out of control party in Hamilton Hill over the weekend which involved approximately 50 youths.

Just after 10pm on Saturday, police were called to Winfield Street, following reports youths were fighting, throwing bottles, breaking property windows and damaging a parked car.

A house window and car window was amongst the property damaged.

Officers from Regional Operations Group, South Metro Response and Dog Squad attended the scene and declared the gathering to be out of control at 10.15pm.

No arrests were made at the time and the youths were dispersed without incident.

Investigations into the damaged vehicle and property have began.
