Police release CCTV footage of boys wanted over Cockburn Gateway shopping centre fire

POLICE have released a CCTV image of two boys wanted in connection with a fire at Cockburn Gateway Shopping City that caused the evacuation of the centre this week.

Arson Squad investigators say two male teenagers entered the Target store at the centre at 12.50pm on Tuesday, May 1.

The two boys wanted by police.

They were seen walking to the clothing section, where a fire broke out a short time later.

Clothes on a rack were lit on fire and the fire suppression system went off, causing $20,000 damage.

Both teenagers are described as fair skinned with slim builds.

One was wearing grey pants, a blue jacket and a grey baseball cap, carrying a blue Adidas backpack. The second teenager was wearing a
red shirt with a yellow insignia, black pants and a green baseball cap.
