More than 100 business now call Forrestdale Business Park home

MORE than 100 businesses now call the Forrestdale Business Park home as owners continue to be attracted to the fast-growing southern corridor.

Armadale mayor Henry Zelones said businesses of all types were moving into the emerging hub, ranging from cafes to motor vehicle repair stores, light industry and freight management.

“There is already more than $304.8 million in development investment at Forrestdale Business Park which is proof of increased interest and recognition of the Armadale district as a growing employment region,” he said.

“The City will continue to focus on investment attraction and job creation as one of its strategic economic development priorities.”

Forrestdale Business Park is expected to create jobs for as many as 15,000 people, with more than 1,300 people already working there.
